The deal is that Duckling is suddenly not here. No warning, just a call from her grandmother, and she was gone. So that changed my plans.
I knew it was going to be cold again today, but I thought I had some time to do stuff this morning. I wasn't counting on such a swift temperature drop, and didn't know about the snow. Let alone the amount!
