I am going to use a utility wagon for a milking stand for goats. I will simply make the part to hold them still via the head. But it really does not matter as I do not have any Does that are carrying babies in their bellies, and I need babies before milk! So I dont need a milking stand.

I am really curious about the price of a property like that, I would like to compare to ouer INSANE real estate prices here!

Our places in Southwest Missouri are rather low. My 2040 square foot house on 12 acres with a pond would probably bring 160,000 and I have a barn and outbuildings. The house was built in 2009.

12 Acres are 48 DUNAM! Where I live 1 Dunam=1/4 acres will cost 2,000,000 Shekels =more than 500,000$!
Dax this price in Israeli standard is A BONANZA! A 3 room flat in the center of the country will cost more than 1,200,000 Shekels almost 300,000$!

Insane!

Tell me about it! In the last decade the prices raised in more than 100%! I see the struggle that young couple are passing it is really insane! I think that if me and my DW would have to start again we couldn't do it! We bought this house 12 years ago, and now it is almost TRIPLE it's price!
We are loosing a lot of good young people that cant manage and relocate to Europe and the US

So I decided they are not brooding, but are strongly considering it. The one that was missing feathers in the front I fear has something else going on. I let them run out of feed this morning and her crop was bulging .

Our wages are low too though. On the other hand my sister's house near Chicago on an average lot is 500,000.
