The humidity was going down and had hit 65% so I added water (don't worry I didn't open the lid) and now it's at 75%. Is that to high?

This egg is supposed to go on lockdown tonight but I feel like the embryo is too small. Temp was 100-101 still air during the whole incubation. This is my last egg. The other 5 suddenly quit this week after lots of movement. One quit last night. Opinions? Was thinking about holding off until tomorrow night for lockdown. Thanks.
