Oh, yeah, you do have children at your disposal...for a few more years, anyway. When they decide to quit, and they will, DR Power Equipment makes a fine dump cart with a good sized cargo box, powered by a gas engine. They don't give 'em away, but it'd be mighty handy having one. Starting to think about one again.

I pray I have a few older ones and their wives to help with a new roof as soon as its possible too! I have a rider with a dump trailer, never use it. I wagon everything, its so much easier to get out and lug around. when its time to redo the pool this spring cough cough I mean NOW I sure could use something better for sand hauling!
