Does anyone here know anything about windows 10?

I was forced to get it on this new laptop and if I walk away for a minute I have to use a password and sign back in..How do I extend the walk away time to a few hours or days?

I have 10 on both of my laptops; one I installed & one was already there when I bought the machine. I've never had that problem. but I think Abi's 100% correct; settings should cover it.
