We have to pay 5% off ouer sallery, but we get THE LOUSYEST medical care. When I say lousy I mean tgat the government have a notion that called " the health basket" it is their annual budget for medical treatments and medicin, and every year they publishe the list, so if you have a major disease that have a treatment, but it isn't in the list you have to sell your home to pay it or shout yourself! So to get a proppr coverage we have to do APRIVET supplemental insurance to be 100% covered.

What happens when you retire?

You pay a % of your pension,or social security pension ( it is a reduce fee,) but it always much more better to have your own privet insurance.
