Got sidetracked... I'm reorganising the basement and decided to do another section while I was down there.

Re: Core strengthening: Planks are a good way to get it up, just start slow, and whatever you do DON'T get in a competition with others and hold it for a long time without any prior practise. It will kill your back. :hide

You can, but shipping will kill your wallet. If I wait for the feed store I can get twice the chooks for the money I'd have spent on shipping.
 
@ChickenCanoe I hope your birthday went well. I bet you had some great food like the seafood the other night. On my thousand calorie a day diet it all but made me :drool

Of course, the one apple tree that did not get got by the cold snap a couple of weeks ago is in flower this week. Just in time for the frost this week. :th
