Every online hatchery is sold out of silkies, except, maybe cackle hatchery, and they won't pre-sex them for me

That list is all the NPIP breeders in MO. Perhaps one of them will sex and ship. There are tons of silkie breeders on the list.
Bantams are difficult to vent sex.
An alternative is to get straight run and if you have an Asian community in the area, they'll gladly eat all the boys.

but i bet you could sell the males easily enough in your area with their black skin
