You're insane.
LOL, I give local weather no consideration when determining my viewpoints... But if I did, Fort Chipewyan's current weather would certainly prove my point.
You are right. It is important to understand that it is called global warming, not local warming.
Up there I imagine the concept is far fetched, unless you live far north enough that you can see the arctic ice cap shrink.

Anybody got enough cash to let me move to Greenland? The weather looks beautiful.
Iceland is nice.

Got eggs this morning. First time in a month at least! Big one is giant cochin, Mae West. Middle is a mix I got from a feed store three years ago, Herkey, first chicken I ever held. Small I thought was banty cochin, but now I'm thinking maybe guinea? It was under the broody Cinder, who is the guinea's mama. I can't imagine anyone else trying to lay in a broody box when chicks are hatching.

Went out and heard frantic peeping. Cinder was gone, chick was gone. I found Cinder two nests over setting those three eggs. I found the chick out in the run.

It's poor little head was sopping wet from being licked.

And some people believe it is real and not cyclic as we recover from the little ice age, That's the funny part

Poor thing! Eggs for the first time in a MONTH?! You need ducks! Been laying 4-5 eggs (out of 6 hens) for months! Except now I am getting three (2 Broodies)
