she was a Barred Rock she was 6 1/2 BTW but Sparkle II is a SLW and is about 2 years old now, the other one is Lollipop, a black Americauna, I love them they are sooooooo cute

Went to see doctor for scan, have at least 1 promising follicle on the right, and possibly 2 that might vie for some attention on the left. Due to my complete FREAKING out about the possible of multiples, he's adding menopur shots to try to encourage just 1 to take off faster, and get the others to go away. I had a higher chance of multiple egg releases with just the oral drug - so he's doing a multi-step plan for me, to encourage a higher quality egg, to grow faster, and reduce my chance of multiples.
I was very greatful for that, when he mentioned at my age that he was fine triggering and doing 3-4 eggs at once, I was about to have a freak-out-attack in his office, so he offered me a plan that reduced the chance of multiples, which I could have kissed him for.
1. at. a. time. LOL I don't think I could handle micro-preemies again, it was too hard the first time around, and I do okay with 1 baby at a time. So, I want to stick with what works. LOL
I go back friday. Hoping that the shots do the trick and we can trigger friday night and then the count down for the testing begins.
Squeeeeeeeeeeeee.....
Our insurance has been great, they have flat-rate fees for all the fertility meds, no matter the dosage, so we have a lot of options for the future if this cycle/plan doesn't work out long-term.

Good morning to all!

Today is the Holocaust memorial day here, and as every year seeing and hearing the survivors stories and imaging the hell they have been true, it is beyond understanding.
So my friends I would like that every one of us will think how lucky we are that we live in a free and democratic country and we are saved from this kind of atrocities!

In memory of the 6,000 ,000!

We must not forget and must learn from previous mistakes.

The thing is we do not. And these atrocities continue to occur across the globe today with persecution of people because they have different beliefs.

If we ignore it we condone it.

There are only 2 houses in my subdivision, and can never be any more, but because the parcel was for sale as 6 acres & I was able to talk the owner into selling me half, it's now a subdivision.
