Yes, clean the incubator between all hatches.

I disinfect whenever an incubator gets empty or can be emptied. I disinfect the hatcher every hatch.

I disinfect the eggs in 120 degree water and bleach.
1 ounce of bleach to one gallon of water.

I don't want any bad stuff on my eggs or in my incubators.
