So apparently trying to do something kind and helpful for someone with chickens got my post deleted from facebook!!! It was on chicken butts and crazy clucks. Someone posted a question and i guess her post was ignored/missed because there was some kind of drama about women posting pics of their body parts instead of chickens . so the lady reposted asking for help and I suggested she join here and check it out as you guys have helped me so much. (I truly had no idea any issues were happening as they were already closed or deleted.) I gave the facebook link to BYC and these 2 lovely ladies both replied with several snarky remarks to my post an then my post was removed but their replies still remained????? The lady never got a reply(and still hasn't as far as I can tell)-valid questions regarding housing and if citronella candles/fumes were toxic to chickens... Man I think the detention bus misses me, took a detour & made a right at facebook lane!!!! Funny think is for once in my life I was trying to be nice and helpful instead of inappropriate and sarcastic I better stick to what I am good at-drinking wine, dark sick humor and poison control......

It's the new GFM. I'm still trying to sort it out. I should still have a GFM until at least 2018 due to contests I've won. I'm not sure I can shell out $60 for a new membership. So if I'm wrong, I'm just going to have to deal with being ordinary.

Gouramis are tropical and I don't heat StarBuck's water. Gambusia might work. Native species are sold in my area more often than others, so I might actually be able to find some.

Don't get me wrong, I used to love it. The last time I tried to drink my favorite (hot white chocolate mocha) it was completely disgusting. I tried a few local stores and it was all the same. Keep in mind that when I drink coffee at home, I drink it black with sugar. If I get coffee while out of the house these days, I get it from Dunkn Donuts.

People on facebook can be absolutely awful. The BYC group is the only chicken group I'm in and even they push it sometimes.

I know I'm blonde and polish and on a lot of meds right now and not sleeping but I totally even missed them being mean) Their replies were so stupid and the persons question was valid and unanswered so why not send her to a place that could help her and not belittle her (she even had good grammar!!! ) I just considered the source when i saw their profile pics-both looked like 50 year old prostitutes trying to look like 20 year olds making duck lips-not becoming on old, saggy, overtanned leather skin with bad boob jobs And I'm back to normal

Oh, I didn't have anything to say - I was asking if anyone could go over to an unanswered thread to help someone. I didn't realize it had already been answered. Still trying to deal with not seeing updated content in real time if you don't constantly refresh...

Summer is finally starting to settle in.
Went for a visit to grandkids a few weeks ago.
My health is okay.... some issues.... mostly asthma..... wife is a lot healthier now than she wad a year ago... thanks for asking.

I slept REALLY late - my body insisting on all the sleep it's owed, I guess. Now I'm moving slow - eating muesli, drinking decaf coffee (I can't drink the caffeinated stuff or I won't sleep tonight), and trying to get motivated to do chores and can that chicken...
