I'm looking forward to the news and chicks. I've been thinking of getting some Shamo but as I understand it they don't lay many eggs. So if someone is selling eggs on eBay and they have quite a few I'm leery about the freshness.

The Cornish cross have the Indian game genetics in it, and Indian game are very aggressive too...I didn't realize they were an aggressive breed. I haven't researched much yet either though. Hopefully, the calm, sweet nature of the CX will carry over in the breedings. I don't need to create a massive meat bird that can tear me up lol

My friend would like some of those. His neighbors dog eats all the chickens he's had. Wants something that will give the dog a run for his money.I believe that. I would be leary too.
I really need to start double checking what my tablet writes and auto corrects for me. Half of my stuff makes no sense!
