ok ok one more post. . look at my ducky play pen I got! Worked out well today. Wanted something to let them out in until we get a proper residence for them. Found this on Amazon on fourth of July sale. It's really nice. Easy to take down and put together however you need it.

Baby B didn't make it - but Baby A is doing well.
He or She looks like a little gummi bear.

So sorry about baby B! :hugs

Glad to hear gummy near baby doing good!

Fire last night was just up the hill. 30 minutes. Friend at work who's house almost got it last year, his parents house came real close this time. One house burned down there. The other fire is in the area that the floods from the dam that almost failed at the start of the year. 11 houses there. Not sure it's out. The one by my friends is out.

Stay safe, sounds too close too me. No evacuation?

Thanks.
You guys can have all that humidity. However it may be a deterrent for fires. 10% humidity here and things happen so fast.

I don't think we ever have humidity that low.

Awwwwwww

Nope

Half asleep, I opened my eyes when a news report lit up my screen.
Human remains found in search for 4 Pennsylvania men: DA - CBS News

I was reading about that yesterday. How horrible.

Quick!
Someone talk me out of going out with loppers & chainsaw to get rid of the trash trees I was going to get rid of yesterday. Heart's not really in it.

It needs to be done.

For the life of me, I can't understand why the population of CA is so high. How can people continue to live with the heat & the constant threat of losing their homes or lives to wildfires? You're a better man than I; no way I could do it.
Three words best describe it for me. Well technically four. It's the job. I get to meet many different people from around the world literally with my job. Very fun, when I find where they are from I usually ask why California? Most say either it's a job move or my relatives live here.
The fire season is only temporary mid June till late September. I've tried the humidity and it's real tough for me. California actually has humid areas where it drips off trees. Been there and I lasted a year.
In the silicone valley where many people live the temps are much more livable and the humidity is better. Two words best describe why I don't live in silicone valley, many people. It's why I moved to the foothills.

Why is it if I don't talk on a thread for just half a day I stop getting alerts! I didn't think anyone was talking here until I went to my watched threads.
Mine does that too I think it's set in their program.
