No Menards in Canada.SO Menards is also in Canada? I wondered about that.
Nets!It sounds like you need one of those Nets like whites and chicken canoe have.
Yes.
Yes, I have discussed this with them more than once. I even pointed out the fact that we don't ever work 40 hours. Sarcastically to someone not management I said so are the other 20 hours voluntary, does that mean I can go home after 8 hours when I want to? Of course not.
The only reply from True management was well we don't have to give you overtime totally missing the point that we always work around sixty plus hours and it's not voluntary. So are vacation checks are about 60% of a normal check.
Does your state have an employment standards office? Just because they're a business, doesn't mean the "follow" your employment standards code. I could not believe how far our school division didn't follow the code and how many things they tried to get away with, even before I worked on the collective agreement with the unionObviously, that's not a union shop. I don't like unions for the most part, but one would certainly be a help in this case.
Have you checked any further into jumping ship for another outfit, or they all pretty much the same in that area?
Why just for Banty?Bubbles that is for you!

This are her offsprings!
Yes.Anyone hatch silkies?
There was a FB discussion insisting that 65% humidity was too high for lockdown. I hatched a bunch beautifully. And I'm sure it's not lockdown that's the problem. But, there were about 6 that didn't make it to lockdown.
I'm looking for an adjustment to my method. I know vaults can make turning difficult.
Are some dying late due to inability to turn? Air cells in this last batch were beautiful (even though shipped).glass thermometer, tested humidity , run about 30 and increase at day 17/18 to 50% then lockdown 65% to 80%. But hatch wasn't the problem, except for a single one.
I have seen someone post that hatching silkies is harder. Those that made it to lockdown hatched fine. But trying to see if I can tweak my method to get them there. The 9 that hatched are strong and no assistance was needed.
I have Silkie crosses and Old english game bantams. I incubate them at same time with my LF crosses. The Silkie and OEGB hatch far too well in fact...I'm overrun. I've never had issues with them hatching the same as the rest as long as the eggs are the same age as the LF.I hatched silkies all spring with no issues. Incubated at 30-35% humidity and hatched at about 65%. Most made it with no problems.
They're very cute!!
23 km radius of 100% deth zone? Horrible is an understatement !Wow, that was pretty close to being a horrible disaster.
