You guys are killing me! I don't have any of the ingredients in this house right now or I'd totally be making one right now. ...and I'm already over my calorie budget for the day!

Marshmallows aren't done until they are on fire.

You're crazy. I let them warm a bit until they're mushy to the centre, and then I get the sides golden brown and add a few darker bits to the top and edges. That's a perfect marshmallow.
