9C.....15C.....are only in my dreams. .... on Wednesday we suppos to have a Heat wave!

I took a psychology class or two in college so I am like a shrink almost...

Well, you could go that route as well I suppose.

Can't do the heat! I used to live in the south. Florida, North Carolina, Virginia. Virginia wasn't too bad. In the southern part of the country the heat isn't the only problem. That humidity is a killer when you get older. As a child, it didn't bother me. I went back a few years back and man, I could not handle that humidity. It's dry here, gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter. I love the spring and fall. If I had to choose between summer and winter, I would take the winter. My chickens? Probably prefer the winter too. Because they are spoiled don't ya know? They get heat. Because it can get pretty cold here at times. Our Winters differ. We do get down into the teens, sometimes single digits. Once in a while we will hit a degree or 2 below. Not often...evey few yrs or so.

I would have to sped my life as a practicing alcoholic to endure those temps.

Can you imagine a place where it's decent temperatures, like spring/fall and be like that all year long. With no pesky bugs like mosquitoes. That'd be fantastic!!
