I started lock down on one of my bators last night.
I have several peeps! Am always kinda prepared, have the clean brooder set up days ago but short a heat bulb fixture. Thought I had a day to get ready but now going on a road trip! "I can't drive..55".. Playing in my head....?

I quoted an old song.. I can't drive 55 & 10 mins later my Jeep's battery is dead.. Huh?
Got a charger on it. Moving lights around brooders and checking feathers. Somebody loses a light today.

From start to finish it will be 2 hours, 54 minutes at my house but still not totality.
You're supposed to be able to see mountain ranges on the moon as it moves across the sun. Planets will be visible too.
