See...totally normal. He hitched a ride with someone...we found his owners an hour away. They'd moved...felt he'd be better here since we had a little boy. We've had him ever since. Not sure what happened with the whole gun/camera thing. Apparently the next door neighbor of their original place would've shot him if he went back. That's why they gave him to us. One of the best dog's we've ever had.

We have the winter wheat off. Awful protein, just 9.2%. And some was flooded out in the spring...so not the best. That's the contract I was working on to ship it...lol. It's going for ethanol production...best price we could get. (crappy)

Waiting to go into the canola on Monday. Swathing oats asap....lol.

You generally let winter wheat go this long? Around here it usually comes off in time to put corn or beans in.

I shouldn't really point fingers.... The snazzy new GPS I got for myself --that gets me lost too often for my liking-- is named Joan.

Mine's Chatty Kathy; won't shut up and always interrupting. She ain't from around here. Gives me weird local routes. Says I'm home when I'm still 5-6 houses away.
