Don't know what kind of AC you have, but ouers do the BOTH! Cooling AND heating. You just have to choose the function! That what happens when YOU HAVE A CONCEPT ABOUT AIR CONDITIONING!

It has 2 big units, out unit, the compressor, which is mounted on ouer roof and an internal unit, it is more then 100 kg!
