Some success with the cream separator and making goat milk butter:

Next time I'll adjust it to be thicker cream, although it was pretty thick cream. And yes, white is the correct color.

As to Texas - the hurricane missed us, but i've been keeping in touch with K, to make sure she and her chickens survived the flooding.
It sounds like she had things under control last night.
I'll msg her again when it's not 7am to make sure she's okay today.

I nearly got swarmed because I was eating an apple..... LOL

Chickens are also now hair accessories.
