I have them too. Again, I found the prices online to be total nonsense.I have hermit crabs. They really are more than most people think (they aren't really hermits). But then someone I know found a forum that has even hermit crabs costing $200+ to set up, and fifty or more per month to keep.

Duckling left two alone on the sunporch two weeks ago. I had to search for a runaway crab! It was under the futon, climbing on a folded chair.
These things stay in their tank. They look too much like spiders to me.
