True beauty followed by horror. They didn't fix the roof before abandoning the property so the back aquires insurance before the storms this time. Unfortunately, the house is a loss. There is mold everywhere, roof falling in to the floors, and lots damage, and even more black mold. Yuck.

I took a weeks vacation and I am just shadowing him to learn. I did a couple of them today with him watching over my shoulder. I will have to get my license before the next disaster.
