It was my brother's and I bought it when they were divorcing, 6 months after THEY had bought it. It's in VA and I'm in CA. I had visited their previous house, but never it made it back after they moved to this one. I had tenants off and on since then. Any trip I made to the area, it was when I had tenants. This time the tenants had just moved out. I needed to make the decision whether to rent it again, or sell it. I drove back with my guy and he did some of the repairs it needed. My guy likes the house and says if I sell, he wants it. So, I guess I'm renting it out again.

Good luck on your license! Was this change a result of the problems you were having in your past job? I remember they were TOTALLY taking advantage of you. Also, good luck with the breeding!!!

It is part of what I am doing as I look at what to do next.
I am glad it is a good house.
 
Dh is always bringing crap home. like this palette he got from his barley Buddies it was bound for the dumpster and was stuck in my way in the garage for 2 months until he starts to use it for some project free is kinda good. Progress 20171103_163054.jpg
