Indoor brooder = insane Banty!

I had 4+ (up to 8, I think?) birds inside the house all winter last winter.

I had no sanity inside my head all winter last winter.

My life was spent cleaning cages and sweeping floors and rebandaging frostbitten feet. NO more winter chicks.

Just use GLITTER as a bedding, take it to the next level... Glitter won't get soggy... Get a cat box scooper and remove the waste by the glitter sticking to it.
I have tons of ideas.. Pick my brain..

She has me wrapped around her scaly little toes, lol. I love that bird.

I don't know. Maybe I will try a heating pad... every bit of me screams 'bad idea' about it, though. Just keep bringing her inside nightly?

Or turn her into a 100% house bird.

I wouldn't use extension cords. I ran power to my coop. Even then heated stuff makes me nervous so I sympathize. You could just bring her into a pet carrier at night.

Thank you, I do feel good spending time with friends and family AND not working, I do recommend it! But you also in a short time will celebrate Christmas so you will enjoy that too!
We spent the last Weekend on Haifa a city that combines the 3 religions, and they celebrate the "Holiday of holidays " very beautiful!
