We let our nannys. We hear it. aids with their colostrum and their nutrition.

It depends on where they kid whether I will let them. She did not make it to the clean stall.
I just asked because if there are free-ranging they might try that.

Yes, I know they're technically an omnivore.

They help themselves to any gut pile I have from processing deer.
Toss it into the pen & leave it for a couple days; you'll find out. You can always toss it to the buzzards if the chickens don't clean it up.
