More grain this week. New Years chicks and Silveruud will need moved. Grow out pen will be thinned today to make room.
Several vultures eyeing the possum. Hawk was in trees next to coop yesterday. Here’s picture of it flying away. That tree btw was the former owners Christmas tree 40years ago. It’s one of three he planted on top of the septic field.

Awe they LOVE you. We don’t have that many here. Just standing outside chicken pen trying to judge the best of three roosters. Have one picked out now if the other two don’t measure up they will be...well soup or jerky or something

Opened up my Brinsea Octagon and it smells of mold and had mold on the tray.. I've used oxide on it, but I think there is mold in the fan. Any ideas on how to kill mold inside the cover of an octagon?

Good question I don’t know. Try Brinsea. It would seem very difficult though

When my air conditioner had black mold in the fan housing we used a spray that we bought at Lowe’s. It is found in the heating cooling section. I can’t think of the name of it off hand. I bet something like that would work or mix a bleach water solution.
