Actually, the door did freeze shut. I had to pour two gallons of hot water on the bottom before it would open. I am leaving the back door unlocked now and will use it until spring.

Hello everyone! Currently incubating my first eggs for the new year. One bator with seramas and another with a mix of olive eggers, and so many others. Everyone is looking good so far. Day 11 on the big ones and day 14 on the seramas. I’m sure some will hatch about the same time.

What? Don't you think I get to grump a little about having three feet of snow?

We haven't gotten 3" all season, let alone 3', if you stacked each flake on edge. Sure breaks my heart that I haven't had to gas up the blower.
