Another day of rain. I’m so glad I got some mowing done yesterday. Especially the lower area. It was wicked high! Duckling was getting lost in it! :lol:
The Pekin ducks are sleeping in the coop, so that is a wet mess. Otherwise, I’m not dealing with too much mud. I’m honestly blessed.
 
You just reminded me why I’m building a coop closer to the house. The winter slip and slide is to be feared here. The shortest distance travelled the less chance of me falling.

The new advertising blitz of BYC is out of hand. Can’t even type a sentence without something popping up on the screen. Covering what I’m typing. :barnie
 
I am not a bad influence. Why would you think I am? :confused: I see a child eating grapes. That is a good thing. None went up her nose. Between her toes was another matter.

Day 11 of duck eggs take two.
 
The only broody that I tolerated to be mean was my silver snake..... and she got locked in a crate for the duration....

all my chicken broodies have to be nice or they get evicted off the nest, I have gotten to where I am not afraid of the chickens bitting me, now the turkey's are a different story ! I had a mark for over a week the last time one of them got me
