We refreshed the duck pool, and all three ducks got in, and swam in a circle. Very funny!
It’s hot and muggy today. The big storm we were expecting this morning is just now coming.

Doing good just busy at times. Lotsa stuff going on. Oh, my Gator (JR Terrier) crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this year. Miss that lil guy something terrible. But, I did go to Texas and get another female JRT in April. Meet my Jerzi Girl. She just turned 6 months old.

I thought my white leghorns were actually white rocks when I bought them. I was actually glad when they turned out to be WR (unfortunately, we have a lot of hawks this year). It seems others have purchased WR as LH too. A few years ago I questioned my Pekin ducklings having pink bills, dark spots and different feet. Others ended up with Muscovy too. Ya gotta be happy with mystery fowl when you buy at any feed store.

I haven't ended up with anything mis-marked yet, but some of the stories I hear on here are incredible. Turkeys as Leghorns? How can anyone be that dumb?
