Which ones lol? I am actually thinking about clearing out the 12×14 and putting mowers and carp in the serama saloon shed . then insulating and making that into a little shop. But I need a sink and hot water when I soap so not sure it would work very well. My small kitchen dining area is packed and over run with soaping stupplies and soaps etc. Its very annoying to cook . I could go downstairs but coal stove is so dang hot most of the year down there. Not good for making soap.

12x14 dang I guess i never saw pictures of that one. I have heard those little in line hot water heaters work great and fit right underneath the sink. Just a thought.
 
This house is too small for my projects period. Soap co or no. What we need to do is clean up nice and sell. I need 5 or 6 acres to apply for my kennel license in Pa. But to find a home with that acreage is beyond my grasp. Sucks I could have a good thing with raising pups, my goats etc. All that needs a bit of room too. Tjays why I'm down to 2 does and each has a doeling I kept. Sucks. I swear 51 years old and still can't afford to do what I want as far as kennel. I don't want a kennel per sey I want to breed springers. Right now I can do a litter or 2 a year legally . oh well. Perhaps I should play the lottery who knows

Keep looking you never know what you’ll find. It’s exactly why my wife and I moved, 1 Ac and too many animals, to 10 acs
Just remember people can ask whatever they want for their house/land don’t be afraid to offer them less or what you can afford. The worst they can do is say “ no” and you might be surprised by a “yes” :thumbsup

I’m glad we did it for the family bonding, but I’ll never do it again!!!
Then we moved .... but our youngest daughter and son-in-law are injoy’n a new roof.

Yep did all mine 15 years ago. All buildings done then.
