In my flock the laying never stops completely and I NEVER get heavy molte, they all molt very lightly . ( they have additional light 365 days a year )
I have found that longer and stady photodiode make their stress much much lighter =more healthy flock, more laying, and less heavy molting.

Compared to you friends how do yours hold up are they more stressed. Shorter lived or not noticeable?

How do you feel about providing consistent daily light period year round and the possible need for a hen's oviduct to take an annual rest?

Super busy. 2 jobs now.

My youngest kid is just about to head off to college. He is on the autistic spectrum. For a long time did not think I would see the day, and am so proud of him. He is going to study computer design, movie editing and special effects. It should give hope to other parents of autistic kids. There is genius in there - you just need to find what it is.

Off to the UK to see my mom after Christmas.

The dog was getting ready to eat a dead mouse in a trap. It’s obviously old, but how long does it take for a mouse to decompose? I’m finding too many variables and answers. It was going bald, and turning dusty.
