They usually work their self around the inside of the egg on their own. I’m sure it will be ok. I like to hatch in a clean egg carton that way they are not used as bowling pins by the others. However under a hen I’m sure they get bumped a lot.

Mostly fine. Kinda sad since I'm about to drop out of the Easter hatch. I won't be able to get eggs until well after the start date.

I don't. The last person I knew near me that had chickens actually gave me their flock the year before I had to sell everything.

I can't get any shipped because I had to buy stuff for the kits. What I spent on the kits was the money had set aside to get eggs. Lovely little downward spiral right there. It's all good. I'll order chicks at the end of April after the kits sell.

We had a "wonderful" experience today at 5:20 this morning we all woke up from a sirens that indicated an incoming missile, and after 2 minutes we hard a big explosion! It fell on a house 4 miles away from my house. Fun isn't it?
