Went to Thailand on honeymoon. It was great! Just a heads up that “Phuket” is not pronounced quite as it looks.....
Congratulations and great choice for a honeymoon destination.
I've never been to Asia but all of my family have been to Thailand. My son went to meet his girlfriend who was going to college there, then they went to Cambodia. He's also been all over China. When he came back from Thailand, my daughter had been planning a trip to Morocco on a camel riding tour in the Sahara but after hearing about Thailand she changed her plans. She spent 3 months touring Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Viet Nam. At the end she went back to Bangkok where my wife met her. They flew south and island hopped for two weeks back to Bangkok. I think Phuket was one of their stops.
I got to stay here with chickens.:jumpy ---:hit
No kidding. the sun if we're lucky comes out for a few hours so the grass actually grows but then I get another deluge and you can't get out to mow. not that I like mowing anyway.
It looks like we're finally getting a break. About 3 days of rain in the next week. Today's sun is helping.
Time for mowing here is pretty close to being done. Unless you want to start a fire. However for the next week we are in high 80’s perfect for here. Last few days has been pushing 100.
I hope your new kids are staying dry.
That's warm. Luckily our temps have been pretty good. Normally we'd be really hot by June but we've only had about 3 days that reached 90 or 91. We were in the low 60s last night but a week of highs around 90 and lows around 70 are coming. I'm not complaining except for the rain. The temps have been glorious.

:frow:frow
I am on my way to some nice places, will see what I can do...:)

Please share the destinations and your experience with us.
we need post for a week dry dust to get out in the fields may be 5 days and then 3 days to get the haircut then would be awesome but at this point there's probably too much to ask for you did a solid week that would be great. I have enjoyed the temperatures too. I love having the cooler nights even though days like today have been hot. it's the hot nights that are killer in your right thankfully we haven't had nearly as many of them which has been a blessing

missing from that picture AR Rumba who's already weaned and little Night wasn't present. His full name is fire by night which reminds me of the scripture reference. You often use the sire's name followed by a new name for instance his sire is Chrome and Fire so he became Fire by Night

Let's Rumba

if we can dry out for a few days I should be able to go down to just the four youngest babies everybody else for a long-overdue to wean or at least due to weed. Unfortunately the weaning pen for the doelings is a mud hole so I haven't been able to do it

I have just a tad foot rot, trying to keep it trimmed out and treated, the stones had so much runoff that their is mud even in that area! I cant win here, but I know it can be horrible, like yall have it. I have done preventative cocci treatment on kids and still had to deal with it AGAIN this year, I swear we are in the tropics now, some of our trees are sitting in water way too long and if it doesnt dry up will soon perish with the others from last year :( I was laying on a pool float looking up into the sky and noticed how many dead trees are throughout. My son is way too busy to help down trees, I guess when they fall they fall

I got this Momma baby pair, look so alike, except the kid has blues and is polled. doesnt look blues in image but she is very blue eyed.
