EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

I'm usually hauling the kids around, and the aisles are already jammed full of either groceries or gear for whatever thing they're going to. Or chicken feed.
You're sure making it difficult! :he :D
How 'bout strapping the kids to the roof? Or putting them on skis & tow them along behind the car? Or you might be able to tie the plexiglass to the rear of the car & let it slide along on the snow like a sled.

Heh, trust me, I've thought about it more than once. I've got a pretty strict schedule for weekdays, and if I stick an extra stop in there, I end up racing to get everywhere else. Some days I consider throwing that to the wind, planting lots of very big trees in front of my house, and not coming out except for a once a year chocolate and gas run!

Sounds like me, minus the chocolate. Since I had to retire I normally go a month on 1-2 tanks of gas in the truck. I drove less than 5k miles last year, & will probably do less this year. It's not unusual for the truck to only move once a week (except for taking trash to the end of the lane) to the bowling alley & back, about 7 miles round trip.

Don't suppose you want to adopt some rugrats??

Oh, I don't know. I'd have to put the dog runs back up, but I have enough Igloo dog houses (they'd feel right at home). We could loan them out to play with the great grand kids every so often. We even have schools now, so their ejumicashun wouldn't suffer. Not sure they could get used to only 5 months of sub-70* temps though, & 85% rh may pose a problem.

Perfect! It's a deal. Pick them up tomorrow at three.

Not sure I remember where your house is. Just past the snow-covered boulder, right?
I'll be the one with out-of-country plates & looking lost.
Turn right at the big snowy boulder and continue for a few miles. Don't worry, I'll be ready and waiting at the door. You won't even have to bring crates for 'em.
