EE a rooster ? :(

We are new to having chickens. We ordered 5 sexed chickens (3EEers and 2 buff Orpingtons) they are now 12 weeks old. I'm kinda in denial...I think our little puffy cheek EEer is a roo what do you think? I would like to find a home soon if it is, please help! Thank you. And he/she hasn't crowed yet.
