EE? Ameracauna? Hen? Rooster?

I have either an easter egger or an ameracauna that is 9 weeks old. Any idea what s/he is?

I can't see the pictures.

Generally, unless you got an Ameracauna from a breeder, you have an EE. If the legs are green then it's EE, I think, and purebred Ameracaunas have the slate blue legs.
