Someone shared that photo in a FB group I follow, the other group members were thinking they may be either Emu or Cayuga duck eggs.

this is a fake photo, or emu eggs.

Someone shared that photo in a FB group I follow, the other group members were thinking they may be either Emu or Cayuga duck eggs.

Because of the very rough looking texture I'd say emu. It's also fairly rare for a Cayuga duck to lay black/dark green eggs.

it isn't a silkie mix, its full size, clean face, normal dark blue/gray feathers, and 4 toes.
