EE chick question

hi yall! got a question... I bought 8 EE's/Ameracaunas chicks from a breeder. (not sure which they are technically)
anyway they all look basically the same, but 7 of them have grayish color legs and are all the same size. The 8th chick has orange legs and is bigger than the others. Does that mean anything??? also any ideas on sex and if so,how can you tell?

I was under the impression that only true EE's have blueish legs.

EEs are not really a breed. They are Ameracauna mixed with another breed so you can end up with characteristics of both parents.
