EE chick with feathered legs

I have no chickens with feathers on their legs yet this lil chick came out of a blue EE egg.

So whats up with the feathered leggs?

roll of the dice. someoone doesnt show feathered shanks but they carry the gene for them.

Its called stubble when on the legs only if on toes to it is feather legged. They will lose the stubble sometimes
