EE chicks: Hens or Roos

Hi all, I'm new here, and have only had chickens for about 2 months. We added 3 new chicks to our flock about a month ago and at that time, were told they were EEs, and that they were 2 months old. I didn't believe the guy when he told us their ages. I actually think they were closer to 2-3 WEEKS old. Anyway, they are now either around 3 months old, or 6-7 weeks old, and at this point, we are concerned that we have three roosters. Like others on this site, we're not allowed to have roosters, so we have to make a determination some point soon before they start crowing and we get fined. Anyway, here are pictures of the guys(gals?). Can you give your best educated answer? Thanks so much!

I agree they are all boys! Look at those red combs! EE's usually have pea combs as well, not always, but usually.

They look more like something other then an EE.
