EE cockerel?

I have a 10 week old EE that I think is a rooster and would like some confirmation. If you think it’s a cockerel can you please tell me why you think so so I can get better at judging them.

I say cockerel because of the big red comb and red leakage in the wings.

Yep! That’s a cockerel. The amber coloring in his wings is a confirmation
