About 5 months old, he's not crowing yet.

He's very tall.

Handsome! But he's not an Araucana. He's a gorgeous Easter Egger boy. Sweet face. Where did you get him? If the bird is really about 20 weeks old, that may be a pullet, but I'd have to see the saddle area before I could tell.

I think it's a boy... you can see pointed hackles in the back.

Oh its a boy.. I zoomed in, but he's VERY tall, big legs, and tail feathers to boot.
