EE cockrel or pullet?

These guys/gals are about 3 month old. some of them i have already figured out are roos, there are a few that it is apperant they are pullets. but then there are these that I just cant seem to make up my mind about. if you could help me sex these it would be greatly appreciated.

all of them except 1,7 and possibly 5 are girls. my black and white one is being re-homed tomorrow due to the fact that "she's" a boy and roosters are illegal here. he looks just like yours. here are some pics of him

need a better pic of 5. supposedly they can be sexed by color/pattern, black and white with that pattern means roo.

I had two black & white EE's who I got wonderful blue & green eggs from.

To the OP, your first posted bird is a roo. I would also like a better picture of the last one.

I'm pretty sure the last one is a roo. He has a nice sized comb. Can roosters get along if they are raised together? I have some real pretty roos and I kinda wanna keep them all.
 
1 and 7 are boys. I would like to see a better pic of 5, but I'm leaning towards pullet.

How many hens total do you have? I wouldn't keep 2 roos if you have less than like 10 or more hens.
