EE egg colors?

I’ve had a tan EE since August, she was about a year old when we got her. All my eggs were brown, with the exception of one light tan then. I figured it was hers. I never checked her for laying. I always figured those were her eggs. I have a new EE. She’s about 6 months now. Every week or so I get one blue egg. Obviously from her. So, my question is, do my two EE lay tan eggs most of the time?

I have found that hatchery EEs will mostly lay various shades of green eggs. But You can get any color when it comes to EEs.

And the egg colors won't change, if one is laying a green egg it will always lay green eggs.

Ok, so, if in ly get blue eggs once in awhile, that mean that pullet wasn’t laying that whole time? And, the other EE....she could simply lay tan eggs?
