EE gender?

Approx. 4week old EE concerned because of dark red/orange on wings. Feathered same as mostly white EE that has pale tiny comb. The dark EE in question also has a wide comb, It isn't pink yet but it's not pale either. Is there still hope for a pullet?

could be a pullet, but mine didn't have that much red so, maybe someone else with more experience with help you out

I would guess pullet. But I would wait a bit to tell for sure!

At 4 weeks old, I see a rooster.

EE now 6 weeks old, maybe a little older. I'm pretty sure it's a rooster but hoping for input from others more experienced then myself. The center of it's comb is still yellow but the sides are reddish. It's tail is longer than my other EE, It's back near the tail isn't as fluffy as my other EE, and even though I didn't think it is old enough for saddle feathers maybe they are starting to come in, or are those just regular feathers ? Any hope for a pullet? I had to re-home a rooster 5 years ago because of a noise complaint. The box they were in is just for transferring them upstairs so they can sun a little.
