EE girls or boys? They’re 4 weeks old

They're still a little too young to tell. Post new pictures in a few weeks.

EE cockerels typically develop redder combs early and they may have red feathers appear on their shoulder/wing area.

I agree, too early, but nothing in their patterns scream cockerel. If things continue as they are chances are good you have pullets

It is early, but they have an even color pattern and small, pale combs. So I think they are pullets.

Welcome to BYC! I see one with more comb. No red color in that comb yet, but that would be something to watch for. Rust color on the upper wings would likely start to appear as well in the boys.
