This is Latte, our 7 week old Easter Egger. We are concerned he/she is a rooster, but would love your thoughts. He/she is slightly bigger than our other EE and is always the first to jump up to see what’s going on and the first out of the coop. He/she also looks like he/she has a wider-3row comb. Ty

I'm not an expert at sexing, but the comb is still small and pale. If it grows or darkens drastically in the next two months, it's probably a cockerel. Also, this is around the time you'll get saddle and hackle feathers. I see some rounded hackle feathers on the neck, indicating a pullet.

Are these feathers new or existing?

Here are some more pictures of her/him. As usual when I walked into the room he/she was the first to poke his/her head up and immediately fly out. I don’t think the neck feathers are new and think they been there for a week or two. I really appreciate all the input this far!
We can’t have a rooster where we live and we found a place willing to take him/her if it is a male, but would need to transfer soon, which is why I’m asking now.

See, I wouldn't count that as three rows of peas. And the comb certainly isn't wide enough to be cockerelish. I still think this is a pullet. This would be three rows of peas.
