EE layed an egg today....yippee!

What a nice Christmas Eve surprise. I have an EE that was an Easter chick. To my suprise, while collecting eggs this morning, there was the prettiest, brightest, perfect shaped green egg in the nest box.

Was going to take a picture to post, but my husband and son decided to use it in the Gingerbread Men recipe. Here's the girl, I call her "Hawk"

Congrats!! We're on day 3 of one egg a day from our EE, Friendly. I have five other EEs that aren't laying yet.
