EE laying in weeks?

Our EE Harley is about 4 months old, I count in weeks, so 17 weeks. I'm wondering what her face should look like when it's laying time. Below are pics of her.

This was her several weeks ago.

The comb and wattles will become pronounced as normal for the breed and turn a brighter shade of red as she approaches the point of lay. As she matures, she will squat when you reach down as if to pet her. That is another sign of approaching laying.

I know that'll happen because we have layers bit they're leghorns I just don't know how an EE will be.

I have 6 ees that are over 6 mo old and none of them have produced a single egg, and they look just like your girl there...
